Parents rallied with Pennsylvania senators at the Capitol on Wednesday to vote in favor of a health care bill for autistic children. The bill passed in the state House last year. It would require insurance providers to cover autism services. Right now, private health insurance companies can deny coverage for treatments like speech therapy.
